The steps

Find it

  1. In the menu on the left, under CORE, tap Sales CRM. On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top left first.
  2. The Pipeline tab opens on the Board: a column per stage, each with its deals and their weighted value.

Add the deal

  1. Tap New deal. A deal is a sale you are working on, before there is a quote.
  2. Tap Annual support retainer and type Warehouse Wi-Fi upgrade, then tap R 120 000 and type 85000. Values are without VAT.
  3. Tap Choose a date and type 2026-11-30. A deal with no expected close date never appears in a forecast.
  4. Under Customer, tap Karoo Fresh Holdings Ltd to link the deal to them.
  5. Tap Add to pipeline. The deal joins the first stage, Qualification.

Scenario: price it line by line

  1. Open the deal, Warehouse Wi-Fi upgrade, and tap Price it.
  2. Tap What are you selling? and type Access points, installed, then tap the price, 0.00, and type 48000.
  3. Tap Add line, tap What are you selling? and type Cabling and switches, then tap 0.00 and type 29500.
  4. Tap Save lines. The deal's value now comes from its lines, and so will the quote's.

Scenario: the customer wants a proposal

  1. Open Warehouse Wi-Fi upgrade and tap Move stage, choose Proposal and tap Move. Every move is kept, which is where your sales cycle comes from.
  2. Tap Quote these 2 lines. A real quote is raised in Invoicing with the deal's lines, unchanged, ready to send.

More detail is in the guide.
