The steps

Find it

  1. Multi-Company is under ADMINISTRATION in the menu. Quickest: tap Search anything…, type multi and tap Multi-Company under "Go to".
  2. It opens on Group Overview: the whole group's revenue, profit and cash, after amounts between your own companies are taken out.

Add a company to the group

  1. Tap Add Entity at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap e.g. KMP Consulting (Pty) Ltd and type the new company's registered name, such as KMP Logistics (Pty) Ltd.
  3. Tap 2026/XXXXXX/07 and type its CIPC registration number, such as 2026/552310/07. Its VAT number goes beside it, if it has one.
  4. Under Group position, search for the company that owns it, if one does. Leave it blank for a company that stands alone.
  5. Tap Add Entity at the foot of the form. The new company keeps its own books, separate from the others.

Scenario: you need to work in the other company

  1. Tap All Entities. Switch to this company, on a company's card, opens its books at its dashboard, and everything you raise then goes into that company.

Scenario: you want the group's figures together

  1. Tap Consolidation and pick the holding company to consolidate at. The group's statements leave out what your companies owe each other.
  2. Tap Intercompany for the loans, fees and recharges between your companies, each marked waiting for a match, matched or eliminated.

More detail is in the guide.
