The steps

Find it

  1. Every screen is in the menu on the left. Under CORE, tap Time Tracking. On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top left first.
  2. The week's hours are at the top, then your Projects, then every time entry, newest first.

Log the hours

  1. Tap Add Entry.
  2. Tap Project and choose Karoo Fresh — integration retainer. The project carries the customer, so it decides who is billed.
  3. Tap What did you work on? and type Monthly data sync review. The customer reads this on the invoice line.
  4. Tap Hours and type 2.5. Leave the rate blank and the hour is priced by the task, the person, then the project.
  5. Leave Billable on for client work, then tap Save Entry.

Scenario: approve the week's hours before anyone bills them

  1. Tap Select all awaiting approval. Every pending entry in the list is ticked.
  2. Tap Approve selected. Ledgr records who approved each entry and when, and it can be undone.

Scenario: bill the customer for the month

  1. Under Projects, tap Karoo Fresh — integration retainer to show only its hours.
  2. Tap Bill time → invoice. Ledgr raises a draft invoice with every approved, billable hour not yet billed, and marks them billed so none goes twice.

More detail is in the guide.
